INSPIRATIONAL TALK; Is your MIND FULL or are you mindful? Gayle Landau (Registered Dietician) and Dr Tina Sideris (clinical psychologist) introduce the idea of mindfulness based stress reduction and the joy of intuitive mindful eating.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE: Each year Boikanyo holds a massive Christmas party for shack dwelling children.

This year we are assembling 1 400 Xmas boxes for the party and we need YOUR help! The R150 ticket donation will help us ensure every Xmas Shoebox is packed perfectly with the correct items and sealed with heaps of happiness, love & hope. If you want to do more, we are always grateful for extra donations or bring any of the following to the event: spray deodorants, item of brand new teenage clothing, balls, skipping ropes, marbles, earphones.

*Snacks will be provided so please RSVP by the 14^th October for catering purposes.
